Registration FormsRegistration forms can be printed from this website. Please use a separate form for each adult and each youth (ages 13 to 18) registrant. Child Care DeadlineRegistration forms requesting child care for children 12 and under must be postmarked by March 23. Early Registration DiscountEach adult registrant whose registration form is postmarked by March 23, 2001, may take a $10 discount for early registration. To be entitled to the discount you must include the deduction on the registration form. CancellationsIf you must cancel your registration, contact Registrar Tom Atchison, at natchison@igc.org. Full refunds will be given for cancellation by April 17. No refunds will be given for cancellations after that date. Hotel AccommodationsAll participants are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements. The hotel offers a special conference rate of $109, plus tax, for 1 to 4 persons per room. To reserve a room at the conference rate, call (800) 222-8733 by April 5, 2001, and ask for the Prairie Star District rate. Neither the conference rate nor room availability are guaranteed after April 5. ParkingThere is free parking available at the hotel for all conference attendees. Airport TransportationA free hotel airport shuttle from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport is available daily, every thirty minutes, from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Host ChurchFirst Universalist Church of Minneapolis
