The policy is PSD does not pay expenses for PSD members solely because they
are participating in the program (i.e. presenting a workshop) at the Annual
Conference. PSD does pay expenses for particular volunteer roles (such as
Board members and Program Coordinators), because it is a required part of
their position to attend the conference. 

It is the responsibility of Board members and Program Coordinators to submit
their registration forms to the PSD office for payment at least 10 days
before the early bird deadline or to pay themselves and ask for
reimbursement from the office.

We do not expect the Local Arrangements Committee to accept any
registrations without payment.
